Abyss Resources Events...

Thought it might be interesting to put resource events in place for the Abyss. It might spice things up a little.

like, "X resources disappear" or "X resources added"? It would be interesting, but the resource model for abyss is pretty screwed as it is. Something like that could be gamebreaking.

We should add Resources to the Scenario files maybe?

I do have reservations about going too crazy with resources. I just wanted to give the ability to add resources to the world economy on a moderate scale. I do like the current game balance that forces you to expand your borders and use conquest to increase your available IC.
