I feel like RA has turned down the deadliness of the Dutch subs by quite a bit. They miss more often than they hit it seems. Probably lowered experience levels of the crews a lot.

I need to stall Singkawang's torpedo capability for a while longer!!!

The RA OOB helps with that. I'm pulling out all the stops to get a few valuable ships out. I put a lot of work into getting the Langley out, only to realize I couldn't convert her. :o
